“ Came here to try the place for the first time. It’s an interesting setup. All the pizzas are the same size (12”) unless you go with a Detroit style pizza. We ordered three pizzas a gf pepperoni, pepperoni and a cheese. The crust is good but they don’t put much pepperoni on the pizza, the sauce is kinda bland. The restaurant has a ton of beers on tap and their salads look really good overall the restaurant is setup similar to a fast casual restaurant where you prefer and it comes out super fast. For the price I’d like more toppings ”

Its actually really refreshing when the staff doesn't just serve and work but interact and make you feel like you belong. And the food! My gosh the food here is on another level. Such good pizza!!! Can't say enough great things about how awesome this place is. ”

“ My husband lived in the Detroit area for 20 years and can’t say enough about this pizza!!! It was excellent- crust perfect texture- toppings fresh and hot! Jo-Jo helped us and was knowledgeable and friendly!!! Visiting from Florida but will definitely be back !!! ”

“ Longboards is really working hard at providing great food, drink and Customer Service. We have been going now since they opened and it just keeps getting better and busier. It is a very nice building with a variety of great seating options indoors and outdoors, very open and light with several Big Screen TV's all around the walls. There are normally many families there with small children, great place for kids. My wife and I have tried several of the basic Pizza's; Pepperoni, Sausage, Pineapple, Mozzarella, Bell Peppers, Mushrooms, all classic or thin crust so far, and it is a really well made pizza with excellent ingredients and flavor, always cooked just about right. We have tried the Burrata, Caesar Salad and the Garden Salad, all are very well made and very generous in size and ingredients including Croutons and Dressings and very tasty. The Self Pour Beer Bar is excellent with many really good specialty beers and breweries. It does also have wine and mixed drinks, we have not tried any of those yet. They do Half Off Taps on Tuesdays, 50% off all beer, ciders, and sours The staff is really conscientious, helpful and nice, they are very attentive and responsive. There is also a great Frozen Yogurt shop directly across the outdoors seating and breezeway that is really good. We love this place and look forward to dining here for many years to come. Visited again 07/10 and was really fantastic. Usual MacDaddy (loaded 2 types Pepperoni) and added Bell Peppers and Mushrooms, it was really loaded, perfectly made and cooked. Staff here is consistently kind, gracious, and very helpful. They are clearly and visibly teaching and working at providing excellent customer service. 06/28/25 Another delicious and fun early dinner with our grandson. They always give us Croutons and Ranch dip for him and he loves it. We also had a Ceasar Salad and it was really good, like excellent. We did also have two pizzas and one was my usual MacDaddy (Double Pepperoni) which I always add Bell Peppers and Mushrooms to it, and it was delicious and perfect as usual. All of the people who work there are always competent, gracious, helpful and just nice. 07/18/25, really tasty large Ceasar Salad, excellent dressing, fresh shaved parmesan and plenty of croutons. YaY. ”

“ Longboards Pizza makes a different kind of pizza, it is thick and very delicious! The restaurant is very spacious but in summer the large covered patio is the place to be! Service was excellent too. We definitely plan on going back! ”

“ Being from New York, I’m a bit of a pizza snob myself. I can say without a doubt, hands down, this is some of the best pizza I’ve ever had! Lots of menu options to choose from, plus an awesome outdoor seating area! Staff is friendly, service is great. Beautiful location…clean and kid friendly! 10/10, would recommend every time. “ Excellent family venue! We love the vibe here, especially the surf cam on the large screen TV. The menu is excellent, varied with everything from pizzas to salads to sandwiches. My favorite though is the pour-your-own beer tap system. There is a very large selection of beers to suit your fancy, and you can pour just a little or a lot. I like to pour glass 1/3-1/2 full so the beer stays nice and cold! Wonderful place to visit... highly recommended! ”

“ We live nearby and have been coming since they’ve opened. We’ve always had great service and love doing takeout and eating there. My toddlers love watching the surfing and ocean videos while they wait, and seeing the pizza cook in the oven. Today I brought my kids for lunch and they need up walking outside with them to finish their last slices of pizza as they were getting restless. The manager (I assume, he was wearing a Hawaiian shirt) came out to check on us and make sure our food had tasted ok since he saw we left a lot of pizza at the table. He wanted to make sure the kids had liked it and that it wasn’t overcooked, and it was just so thoughtful and gracious of him. We really love having Longboards in our neighborhood and can’t recommend them, their staff, and their service enough! ”
